Medi-Care Select

Constitution Life's Medi-Care Select offers all of the great benefits of a traditional Medicare Supplement but costs less. Just like a Medicare Supplement, this insurance plan will help you cover some of the expenses not included in Medicare's coverage. Visit the health care providers of your choice, without the need for approval or pre-certification**. If hospital care is needed, you may visit any of the hospitals that are affiliated with this insurance plan, anywhere in the country.* Through this special hospital affiliation, we are able to keep your premiums low, offering you outstanding coverage at the most economical rates.

If you choose a Medi-Care Select Insurance Plan and receive care in one of our affiliate hospitals we'll pay the Medicare Part "A" deductible. We'll also pay the Medicare Part "A" deductible if you receive emergency care in any U.S. hospital.

The Part "A" deductible is waived if:

care is received in an affiliate hospital
emergency care is received in any U.S. hospital

* For planned admissions, your physician must have admitting privileges at your chosen network affiliate hospital.

**This insurance plan utilizes a network of participating hospitals. In the absence of emergency confinements, you must use one of the network hospitals.
